Cannonsgate is a beautiful, planned neighborhood that was developed on a gorgeous tract of land located directly on the IntraCoastal Waterway. Unfortunately, that development began right near the end of the housing bubble in 2008, and the results during the following years were as you might think. In 2015, Cannonsgate’s HOA approached Z Digital Studio to develop strategy with the goal of revitalizing the development and reigniting interest in what they had to offer. We worked hand in hand with our sister company Above it All Studios to produce a stunning aerial video and a full set of photographs and panoramics to use for the website development. The results speak louder about it than we ever could.
